Cartoony Transformation

Here's something I drew for a personal game project called Human Upgrade Labs. It's used in a mini game where you have to sort out the separate images into the working gif.
There are four of these transformation gifs in all and this is the only one that is cartoony/animeish. I have this whole thing in the game where one country is obsessed with cartoons and emulates the cartoon look in real life using futuristic hand-wavy technologies and this gif is connected to that part of the game.
