Tree Sharks

The last time I drew anything using ink was probably 10 years ago or so, when I switched to digital. I kinda felt it would be fun to remember a bit about how that goes so I busted out my old expensive watercolor brushes I ruined using cheap ink, some nibs and got to it.

It was quite fun, especially after I embarrassed the less precise artwork compared to digital, but I did literally reached towards nonexistent ctrl+z buttons more than once. One thing I definitely don't miss is completely redrawing things instead of digitally resizing them.

Anyway, this ended up as a little experiment at the same time, I newer did much dry brushing you can see on the trees here. It's 95% traditional with just a bit of color added digitally after I got it scanned.
